Weingut Anton Finkenauer – Trocken Riesling

Appearance

• A super pale gold in the glass.

Nose

• The aroma is vibrant and inviting with notes of peach, white flowers, white pepper and wet stone.

Taste

• The palate is a great example of dry Nahe Riesling. Fresh juicy peach as a base, layered with lemon citrus, flinty minerality and white pepper.

This German Riesling is fermented to full dryness in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant peachy fruit flavours.

Weingut Anton Finkenauer

• The Finkenauer family founded the A.Finkenauer Söhne winery back in 1900 in the region of Nahe in Germany. However, in 1925 there was a split when brothers Anton and Carl disagreed on the future direction of the family business. Today Weingut Anton Finkenauer is run by Hans-Anton who aims to make attractively priced wines with vibrant flavours out of his nine hectares of vines.
