This is a traditional method rose made on the slopes of the Malvern hills in Worcester. The geology of the area is a mix of Silurian limestone and calcareous mud stones overlayed with a layer of glacial boulder clay. A total of 30 months of lees aging has brought more complexity and structure to an already fantastic Sparkling rosé.
