Killibinbin – Sneaky Shiraz

Appearance

• Bright crimson in colour.

Nose

• The aroma is filled with raspberry jam, strawberry, cherry and black pepper.

Taste

• The palate is medium bodied and super fruity with plenty of red berries, cracked black pepper and a touch of smoke from the oak treatment.

The grapes for this Shiraz are picked in march from 100% estate owned vineyards. The wine spends 18 months aging in French oak after fermentation.
