Appearance

• A deep red with subtle violet hues.

Nose

• The aroma is rich and complex with ripe red strawberries, redcurrant and raspberry mixing with sweet spices and vanilla.

Taste

• The palate features ripe red and black fruits with a velvity smooth texture and well-integrated tannins and rounding acidity.

Hand selected grapes are left to overripen on the vine then harvested and dried for several weeks to build concentrated flavours. Fermentation and aging take place in a mix of stainless steel and oak barrels.
