Appearance
- Pale golden in the glass.
Nose
- A highly aromatic nose with plenty of juicy apricot, honeysuckle, white peach and orange blossom.
Taste
- The palate is well rounded with a fine balance between juicy fruit and zingy acidity. Flavours of white stone fruit and lifted florals with a touch of ginger spice.
The Viognier vines are planted in the warm and sunny Big Rivers region in Victoria. The grapes are cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve lighter yet expressive floral aromas. After fermentation the wine spends a period of time in contact with lees to enhance mouthfeel.
