Casa Vinicola Botter – Tor Del Colle Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva

Appearance

• An intensely deep purple in the glass.

Nose

• The aroma is filled with juicy red and black berries like alpine strawberry, red and black cherry and blackberries.

Taste

• The palate is rounded and smooth with rich ripe berry fruit overlaying a base of spicy tannins and a touch of liquorice.

After fermentation this wine spent 12 months aging in wooden casks to help develop spicey secondary notes.

Casa Vinicola Botter

• Founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter. A family run winery currently operated by the third generation of the Botter family, Luca, Annalisa and Alessandro. The family work hard to be eco-friendly with renewable energy, minimal waste and being certified organic since 2009.
