Taste
- The palate is easy going and fruity with flavours of red apple skin, yellow plum, nectarine and zingy ginger.
This is a traditional method rose made on the slopes of the Malvern hills in Worcester. The geology of the area is a mix of Silurian limestone and calcareous mud stones overlayed with a layer of glacial boulder clay. Once fermented the wine spends 18 months on lees before being disgorged and dosed.
Two Beacons Vineyard
- Founded in 2018, this family-owned vineyard is found between the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Beacons on the Malvern Hills, this makes them one of the closest vineyards to Bottles! When growing the vineyard, the family took care to pressure the natural landscape and wildlife, native trees and shrubs home a wealth of native insects and birds.
