Appearance

• A pale, straw yellow hue in the glass.

Nose

• Aromas of vibrant lemon citrus, golden grapefruit, mango, pineapple and some dried herbs fill the nose.

Taste

• On the palate this Sauvignon Blanc is vivacious and intense with zingy acidity and juicy tropical fruits before leaving with a decent, herbal finish.

The grapes are grown in the warm Languedoc region, famous for producing more wine than any other singular region in Europe. The grapes are fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and bottles young to enhance crisp and vibrant fruity flavours.
